Colin Squires - Director
Colin played his high school lacrosse for West Linn in Oregon winning two State Championships. Colin went on to play at the University of Denver where he was a 2x captain, 2021 Big East Defender of the Year, and USILA All-American. Colin is in his fifth season with the PLL Whipsnakes, starting at LSM and was named a PLL All Star in 2023. Colin coached for 3 years at Kent Denver in Colorado, 2 as an assistant and 1 year as the Head coach. In 2023 he was awarded the Colorado Assistant Coach of the Year.

Ross Scott - Director
Ross played alongside Colin Squires at West Linn High School. Going on to play at Rutgers University where he was a 2x Captain, 3x All-American, and holds the single season goals record. He is currently in his second season with the Carolina Chaos and continues to spread his love for the game around the community.
Josh peck - advnc pnw director and recruitment advisor
Josh grew up on the East Coast and attended Johns Hopkins University where he was a Team Captain and won a National Championship. Josh’s senior season he was awarded with the prestigious Turnbull-Reynolds trophy. He has been coaching in the PNW for the past 14 years with Head Varsity Coaching stints at Kings Way and Central Catholic. Josh likes to spend his time in the sun managing his farm with his wife and 4 kids.
Connor grew up in Orting and helped start the Orting lacrosse program. In high school Connor was a 3x All-League player, he went on to attend Boise State University. Connor is currently the Head Varsity Coach at Bellarmine Prep as well as the strength and conditioning coach.

Bill gleason - recruiting director
Bill is currently an assistant coach for Jesuit HS, where he was formerly the head coach from 2018-2022. In 2022, he led the Jesuit Crusaders to their first state championship title. Prior to Jesuit, Gleason coached NCAA Division 1 men's lacrosse for 5 seasons at Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY leading the program to its first ever top 20 ranking. While coaching he earned his MBA at Bellarmine’s W. Fielding Rubel School of Business. Gleason played NCAA Division 3 lacrosse at Cortland State in Upstate NY, contributing to the programs first ever D3 National Championship in 2006. A graduate of West Genesee High School (NY), he helped the team win back-to-back state championships, in 2002 and 2003. Bill and his wife Allison are enjoying their first year with their newborn son.
